Custom Settings for Email subscribe

    The plugin is great. I've used it several times now. It would be nice if, rather than have the default email subscribe that you have, you could have an option to enter Feedburner subscribe link or MailChimp subscribe link in place of the default. We typically refer clients to MailChimp for subscriber management and email marketing.

    Is there a simple code change that I can enter to replace the email field and the submit button with just a link?
