   Hi there,

   Great plugin, thanks! However, although the splashscreen appears as it should, when I enter an email to test, it just hangs with "please wait". Can you please advise?

   Hi, I hope you are using the latest version of this plugin. Try testing in Firefox and see if it works. I recently fixed the issue with IE8 however do let me know your findings so I can fix the bugs if any.

   Just so you know, in trying to troubleshoot, I've tried the following:

   1) Disabled all other plugins
   2) Set site to a default wp theme
   3) "Restore Defaults" on the plugin
   4) Copy and pasted the original "cjsp-subscribeform" code from the download into my index.php file
   5) FF on a mac and PC, Safari on Mac and IE8
   6) Adding a new email address with new domain into plugin settings

   On submit, it continues to give me the message "Please Wait" in the email field with the loader animation below. And that's where it sticks.

   Any idea what else I can try? Your help is much appreciated!

   I agree, this is a fantastic plugin - useful, configurable, and great-looking. Unfortunately I'm having the same issue - it hangs after submitting an email address. It works in IE6 (Windows) and Camino, but not in Firefox, Safari or Chrome. Thanks!

   I just wanted to check back in and see if you got my mail last week? Any luck on troubleshooting?

   I love the plugin, but can't use it as the email field is not a feature you can turn off! It's in the design!

   Any and all help would be much appreciated!

    Unfortunately it seems as though he's gone radio silent on us. It's too bad because it's such a nice design! Too bad it doesn't work.

    Has anyone else seen a good alternative?
