    Is there a way to filter out replies in the twitter feed in this theme? so that only original tweets appear, and not @ replies?

    i see the code for twitter in the sidebar.php, but i'm not sure what to do with it.

    Currently it only shows your latest tweets without any filters, Will try to incorporate this in future releases.
